While, of course, these stereotypes aren't true, working with different generations can be challenging. In this course, we'll shed some light on the different generations and talk about what sets them apart. We'll discuss various historical events that have had impacts, go over family and social dynamics that each generation experiences, and list some other factors that affect the different age groups
