In this program, we’ll talk about how to self-advocate for equal pay for equal work by understanding your worth and identifying your strengths. We’ll also talk to managers directly to help them ensure that hiring and promotions are done equitably. Lastly, we'll take a look at how the gender pay gap also affects nonbinary employees.
