At work, we interact with diverse groups of people, like our coworkers, employees, customers, and vendors-and research has shown that the language we use to communicate has great impact. In this course, we'll talk about a concept known as "people-first language," or it's also called "person-first language." This idea can be applied in the workplace, at home, or in your community.
