For one thing, the areas where we work and the things we work with…our desks, chairs, computers, and other “tools” that we use… typically are designed to try and work well for everybody.

But in truth, we are all different…so efficiency, comfort and safety in the office can often be hard to come by. However, it can be done…by applying good ergonomic principles.
